School Bus Accident in Gray Summit, Mo.
A terrible school bus accident killed 2 people in Gray Summit, Mo. The accident took place at 10:30 am local time when two buses carrying high school student crashed into each other at I-44 Highway 10 in a multi-crash accident.
One of the buses was carrying John F Hodges High School female students, while the second carried boys from St James High School. They were heading to a nearby Six Flags amusement park.
The accident originated when a pickup truck rear-ended a vehicle that had slowed down while approaching a construction zone. The first bus slammed on the back of the pickup track and was sent on top of it when the second bus rear-ended the first one according to State Highway Patrol Cpl. Jeff Wilson.
The two people killed in the accident were sadly the pickup truck driver and one of the students, according to information released by local authorities Dozens of student resulted injured after the school bus accident.
